17th April: SeaLife Aquarium

I'm back! I need a break from reports already T____T . So i decided to blog about this.

Sea Life Aquarium

SEA LIFE Aquarium is located at Yarra Waterfront opposite the Crown Casino and there's a linkage bridge in case you didn't know. It is also quite near to the Southern Cross Station but you'll need to walk for like 5-10 minutes. So me and my friends went for it since we booked online (we received 10% discount + concession price) which is around 27 AUD per person. If normal adult price, its around 34.20 AUD. Oh well. No idea why is it more pricey than the zoo though.

It's open from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm daily. We used around 2 hours to enjoy this exciting journey.

It has tonnes of reptiles, fish, STINGRAYS, Crocodile, PENGUINSSS & etc.

I would say Penguins are the main attractions here. It's the cutest!

Just so you know they have 12 main themes for this aquarium :)

There's a lot of kids lining up as well. They're having Easter break too. Oh well.

Part 1: Bays of Rays

Part 2: Mangroves & Rockpools

There's a presenter explaining about the aquatic animals and you can get your hands wet in this rockpool. Look at those kids getting excited because they get to touch them aquatic animals. There's sea stars, sea shells etc etc.

Part 3: Coral Caves

Look they have a tank filled with all the 'Finding Nemo' characters. How cool was that. Even the settings of the tank are totally similar to the one in the movie.
