TGIF to the Max // Sucky Saturday

:') This was by far one of the best Friday ever! Had 3 papers back to back. Not the part where I had Carbohydrate paper in the afternoon though. It was disastrous! But the fact that I get to enjoy the weekend after the freaking paper. That means one more paper to go and I'm done with semester one. But, guess what? Instead of focusing on studying for the very last paper, I choose to spend this very day to satisfy my craving of all time! YONG TAUFUUUU. So few days back, I suggested to my cousins about this yongtaufu place and this day has finally arrived! Took the tram 57 from Elizabeth Street and around 20 minutes of journey,  WE FOUND IT. There's alot of Malaysian restaurants nearby as well.  We will definitely come back for more! The menu. Spot the hibiscus! So Malaysian :') Me and my cousins were so happy checking out all the Malaysian foods from the menu. Really indecisive because we wanted to eat everything!

Day 1 of finals was a struggle! The exam venue was super cool. It's held at the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre and I was having exams at the basketball court. ._________. This is something new to me k. Thank goodness the paper was not as torturous as I thought it will be. That doesn't mean that I am confident about it at all. Just thankful that I didn't leave any blanks. Thank you thank you Liz (le lecturer) for sparing mercy . Had only 2 hours of sleep because I was scared that I overslept. Back then, my mum will take a peek to check on if I'm awake. Miss you mum >:( .......................................... Took a nap right after I reached home. Only 2 hours of nap and wasn't really sufficient but I needed something for lunch. So I forced myself to get out of the bed and take a stroll down to Lonsdale Street. I don't really enjoy winter and damn it, the wind is so strong that I couldn't really walk opposing

Le Chicken BLT :) . ... Happy Monday people! & a Happy Birthday to Queen Elizabeth II. Credit source  here . It's also a public holiday for OZ. Everywhere was not as crowded because most of the students are studying at home i think? Heh. Two more days to finals T____T. Wasn't really part of my plan to step out of the house today but I couldn't resist. JB asked if I wanna have lunch, at first I just wanna have a cup of coffee at some cafe but it seems like most of the restaurants are closed for today. We circled a big round. Ended up at Causeway lane, which is somewhere near Bourke Street. We walked back and forth multiple times, having trouble picking which place to eat (typical). Unfortunately neither of us have sufficient cash & the ATM around that area is not working so we have to pick restaurants that has available EFTPOS. So we agreed on Riva Cafe & Bar! We got tricked by the specials because the door entra

Le mocha. So, I decided to catch up with my buddy, Manda at this not-so-mainstream brunch place in CBD. It's Sunday so any mainstream cafes in Melbourne, everyone will have to queue in order to get a spot. I woke up late so I've no choice but to pick other brunch places that I have yet to try because the one that I initially suggested to Manda is closed on Sunday. I found this Knock Knock Cafe courtesy of UrbanSpoon so off we go! It's a rainy Sunday morning and we were kinda lost at first but thank goodness we found it after heading back and forth for like 3 times, and the thankfully the big-ass sign in front of the office building managed to catch my attention! It is located right beside a office building but not in a obvious way. It's quite a secluded area so remember to walk further in until you'll see this: SO PRETTY. I reached for my phone and immediately snapped a few pictures after I saw this view. Those little boot
